I have been actively involved in product demonstrations, requirement gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), product training, change requests, and support issue resolution. This hands-on experience has helped me bridge the gap between technical teams and end users, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption of technology solutions.

Additionally, my background includes six years of experience in the computer hardware and networking training sector, where I played a pivotal role in sales and operations management. This phase of my career honed my leadership skills and provided me with valuable insights into the training and education sector. Through these experiences, I have developed a keen ability to analyze business challenges, propose effective solutions, and drive customer success.
